FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

Depending on the session type, amount of pictures can vary. Typically I send between 50-80 photos per hour of shooting!

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

I always recommend whenever you feel most comfortable! Of course, babies are only newborns for so long, but typically I capture them between 2-4 weeks old. As a mom myself, I understand the first few weeks with a newborn can be exhausting! Give yourself some grace and don't be afraid if we're doing an in-home session to be bothered to clean... trust me - I get it!! I'm just happy to capture this moment as I know how quickly the time goes.

How should we dress for our family session?

Great question! Blog post coming soon with more guidance on outfit choices. I typically recommend neutral tones such as varying ranges or combinations of black, white, brown, and grays.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

This is more than ok! To be honest, I am the same way when I'm on the other side of the camera. While I always recommend looking up and practicing some poses you may like, I will make sure to help you along the way! I also always encourage movement and candid moments as I treat every session like it is an experience and memory that you will take away - not just photographs! I will do everything in my power to make you feel comfortable and confident!
