I was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Detroit, currently reside in Grand Rapids, and grew up camping in northern MI, so you could say I am a native Michigander. I've climbed the Sleeping Bear dunes, tasted wine in the Traverse City wine country, and enjoyed Moomers ice cream. I've hiked to Pictured Rocks, tried a pasty, and went rustic tent camping along Lake Superior. I've jumped off the Grand Haven pier, watched the light show at the musical fountain, and attended the Coast Guard Festival. I've experienced the Woodward Dream Cruise, Royal Oak holiday lights, and saw the Jonas Brothers at Little Caesars Arena. I attended GVSU for education, enjoyed a refreshing Rubaeus at Founders, and watched the 4th of July fireworks in downtown Grand Rapids. You could say I've done it all. I live with my husband, Brent, our newborn daughter, and two fur children named Ralph (cat) and Laker (dog). Teaching was my first passion - I was a teacher for 7 years! I recently stepped away from the classroom to start a family. Safe to say, I'm always looking to try new things. I'm an adventurous, passionate, go-getter and I'm ready to capture your best memories.
